Piano Etude No. 1: "Asimov vs. Huxley"

Each of the above quotes are translated into the binary system below. The top line is the Asimov quote and the bottom is the Huxley. Each “0” was then translated into an eighth rest and each “1” an eighth note. A serialized process helped to determine the notes for each respective line. The result is two conflicting musical lines created using both the languages of technology and humanity.
